The year has came to an end..

This year has been a blast! I have had a lot of fun in most of my classes. Some point in the year i thought all classes were stupid but in general i had a good time with all my friends making jokes and just chilling. Sports went really well this year. For my first year of high school I dont think that my sports could have been any better. well maybe ha. Class was a blast though. A bunch of good times in all of them. Even though there was a little trouble involved, it was great. Thanks for a great year and hope to see you next year.

Rebellion

In reference to the book ''animal Farm'' rebellion is something that occurs in everyday life in our world today. From us kids wanting to go against our parents and not listen to them, to adults rebelling against protest, politics and what not. This is in relation to "Animal Farm'' because when all the animals, at the begining of chapter one, are in the barn listening to old majors speech and the all agree that man should not exist and that men are like the worst things to ever walk the earth.

Who or what holds power in my life?

There are so many things that can hold power in an individuals life. It all depends on what is going on your life. That thing that holds power in my life and helps me make my decisions is what people are going to think of me when I take part in something. Yes, of course you are going to make mistakes in life but you just learn to move on and get past the bad decisions you have made and try and make up for what you did. My train of thought takes a huge role in the actions I take on. If I can do or achieve a goal, for I am going to do whatever it takes to meet and achieve that goal weather its personal. It's all your head, if you don't care then your not going to be successful and have power. For example, wrestling, in my head I'm thinking that there is no one better than me and that I am going to keep it that way and work as hard as I can to hold that thought. The better you become the more people will recognize how hard you work and that it really means something to you and they would respect you for that.

How can you show leadership?

Becoming a leader isn't as easy as most people think it is. It takes a lot of thought, responsibility, and encouragement, and the ability to get along with others. Doing what you think is right may not be the correct way to approach a situation. showing leadership is everywhere. At home, in a class room, on a sport team, and at work. I found a really helpful website on qualities of a leader. Ways you can be a leader a your house doesn't take much, for instance, help out after dinner, put away the dishes, be nice and respectful to your elders and help them out with anything they ask and make sure not to give them a hard time. A leader with vision has a clear, vivid picture of where to go, as well as a firm grasp on what success looks like and how to achieve it. But it’s not enough to have a vision; leaders must also share it and act upon it. Dedication means spending whatever time or energy is necessary to accomplish the task at hand. A leader inspires dedication by example, doing whatever it takes to complete the next step toward the vision. By setting an excellent example, leaders can show followers that there are no nine-to-five jobs on the team, only opportunities to achieve something great. Humility, there is no better than worse on a sport team. A leader is willing to step up, and help everyone achieve greatness and reach that vision. Openness means being able to listen to new ideas, even if they do not conform to the usual way of thinking. Good leaders are able to suspend judgment while listening to others’ ideas, as well as accept new ways of doing things that someone else thought of. as you can see it doesn't take much. It's all inside you and if you have what its willing to take to get there.

Leadership within sports

As a part of Team 3, i am excited to be blogging this year on the topic co-existence. I am going to start off by saying, everywhere you look there is always examples of leadership no matter what the case is. where ever and who ever is involved is doing this thing people call "leadership" for a reason. Not just to get noticed by others but for a purpose. The purpose i see for leadership is to help others and make sure everyone is doping the right thing at all times. Just think, if everyone was showing leadership at all times this world would be in way better condition than it is now. Leadership can be showed in many ways such as on a sports team in a class room,
